Welding Wire Copper plating Line

Copper plating baths are the main part for copper plating line, it is composed of the following process:

• Alkali wash
• Water wash
• Acid wash
• Pre coating
• Galvanization
• Neutralization
• Water wash
• Drying

The baths body is about 70m long and there are ceramic nipples for gas sealing between tanks, and there are ceramic U type block between wires, exhausting system, in-out water system are set up, circulatory galvanization liquid, DC power, helix gas pump, drying system for outlet.
