A.
The first motor is 30KW power, and the next six motors are with 22KW power,
The
type of first draw be wire-accumulating type, in this way, when the spools be
changed, the pre-processing still remains working.
The
next six drawing be straight line drawing.
The
first die be rotation die.
Max
speed for outlet wire be 600m/min
(for 2.0mm wire, that means 880KG/hour), so it has an output of
18.5MT per day.
B. the
machine frame is made of steel square pipe and armor plate, usually four
capstan (head) are composed on one frames, so there are two frames for seven
capstens, it is with good integrity.
The
cooling system for capstan be fan cooling plus water cooling combination, it is
with good effect of cooling.
The
cooling for dies be compulsory water cooling.
The pneumatic
system is used for the spool loading and unloading, convenient for operators to
load or unload spools, and locking system is adopted so as to prevent the
spools from moving away.
Safty
stop and wire break protection are adopted so as to improve the security for
operators.
