Error 4-2 Elements for each function 4-2-1 Pay-off machine The frame of pay-off machine is made of 10mm steel plate, pneumatic control system is used for spool lifting, turning left and right,loading and unloading. When emergent conditions happens like breakdown or power off or unstable tension, the button emergency stop could be used to emergency braking. The machine begins to slow down and self-alarming when the pay-off spool material is reaching to empty. 4-2-2 Tension machine Traverse type setting is adopted for tension machine, so as to insure the due straightness of wire. Tension is controlled by pneumatic device, so it is very easy to adjust it and the adjusting could be accurate. Constant tension can be reached out. The function of stop pressing, going through with inching and stop for breakdown are also be set. The weighting wheel is made of engineer nylon. 4-2-3 Take-up machine(main machine) The frame of take-up machine is made of channel steel and strong enough. Touch screen is used for data inputing, the data to be entered includes: specific gravity, lag angle,spool dia.,spool width, meassuring wheel dia. Winding method and layering method. And it is also very convenient to set technical data such as weight and speed. Various kinds of plastic spool is used for take-up, and it needs only one minute to change the data when you change among different spools. There are two kinds of taking-up models: constant line speed and constant circumgyrating speed, and there are also two kinds of arraying models: fixed number of turns and analogue compensate. Protection cover is set above the running position so as to insure the safety. 26 wheel straightener is adopted and works in stable condition.
